ar77 is strictly restricted to persons aged 21 years or above. Age verification is conducted via CNIC during KYC. Any account found to be registered by a minor will be closed immediately without exception.

Collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage betting, use of automated bots, and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited. ar77 reserves the right to void bets and close accounts where prohibited activity is detected, with no obligation to return funds.

ar77 is required to verify the identity and age of all Players before processing withdrawals. KYC verification may also be triggered at ar77's discretion at any point during your use of the Platform — including before a deposit, after unusual account activity, or before a significant withdrawal is processed.

ar77 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) exclusively. The following payment methods are currently supported on the Platform:
The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500 via JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Minimum deposit amounts for bank transfer and other methods are displayed at the cashier at the time of transaction. ar77 does not impose a deposit processing fee; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment channel used for the Player's most recent qualifying deposit. This same-channel requirement exists for anti-money laundering compliance purposes and cannot be waived. ar77 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

ar77 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, systematically exploiting promotional terms, and coordinated bonus harvesting. Where bonus abuse is identified, ar77 reserves the right to void the bonus, reverse associated winnings, and close the account.
The following general betting and gaming rules apply across all ar77 products. Product-specific rules (e.g., cricket betting rules, live casino table rules, slot game mechanics) are published separately within each product section of the Platform.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ar77 Platform and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:
Upon detection of any prohibited conduct, ar77 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the account, void all pending and settled bets associated with the prohibited activity, withhold or forfeit any balances in the account, and pursue legal remedies where the conduct constitutes a criminal offence.
All content on the ar77 Platform — including but not limited to the ar77 name and logo, website design and layout, software, game content, text, graphics, data feeds, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of ar77 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the ar77 Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any ar77 content; use any ar77 trademark, logo, or brand element for any commercial purpose; scrape, mirror, or frame any part of the Platform; or sublicense access to any third party.
Any unauthorised use of ar77 intellectual property is a breach of this Agreement and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ar77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any financial loss resulting from technical failures, interruptions, or errors beyond ar77's reasonable control.
ar77's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.
ar77 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available uninterrupted or error-free at all times. Scheduled maintenance windows and force majeure events — including internet infrastructure failures, government-directed network disruptions, and natural disasters — are excluded from liability.
Nothing in this clause limits ar77's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

If the dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal process, you may escalate to ar77's licensing authority as identified in the Platform's regulatory information. ar77 will cooperate fully with any investigation conducted by the relevant regulatory body.
